Decatur Stripe is one of Scalamandre’s perenial silk stripes. Crisp silk taffeta is a symphony of  tri-colors, lighter golden yellow, charcoal black, natural white which gives the previous colors a translucent silkvy “coating”. Extremely sharp and smart, the contrast is both confident and harmoneous. Heavier than most silk taffeta, Decatur Stripe feels slightly leathery. Suitable for drapery & light upholstery.
MSRP $198/yard a few years back. Now such silk taffeta retails for $250+/yard.
