I make the pillows and bed runners myself. As you know, it’s nearly impossible to marry silk to velvet so I’ve hand stitched most of the pillows to get the fabrics to stick together. Then I machine sew the pillows. It’s the only process that has worked for me.
The hand work is a sort of meditation for me".
