Refund policy

Fabric

Fabric orders, except special and custom orders, can be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange, minus a 20% restocking fee. No questions asked. Buyer pays return shipping. Please be advised return shipping cost more than $8.99. (Most of our parcels cost $30-100 to ship & we are actually paying part of the shipping when you purchase fabrics here.) Merchandise must be in original condition (uncut, clean & no damage).

Sample sales are final and samples cannot be returned.

Cutting Fabric or Wallpaper

We do not cut fabric or wallpaper to project-specific measurements or diagrams. Fabric and wallpaper are sold as ordered yardage or rolls, and cutting for installation, upholstery, pillows, drapery, or other projects should be handled by the customer’s workroom, installer, seamstress, or upholsterer.

Cut fabric or wallpaper has no return or exchange value and must remain in original, uncut condition to qualify for return under this policy.
