How to Order Samples (and avoid common mistakes)
Follow these steps to add sample swatches and check out from the Sample Products bar.

Step 1
Click “ORDER SAMPLE” on the product page
On any eligible product page, click the ORDER SAMPLE button to add a sample to your sample list.
- You can keep browsing and add samples from multiple products.
- Each sample you add will appear in the Sample Products bar (not the regular cart).

Use the “CHECKOUT” button in the Sample Products bar
When you’re ready, look at the bottom of the screen for the CHECKOUT button inside the sample bar.
- This checkout is specifically for samples.
- If you added multiple samples, review them in the bar before checking out.

Troubleshooting
Don’t see the Sample Products bar?
If the sample bar is hidden or you don’t see it at the bottom, click MY SAMPLE to open it.
Tip: After you add a sample, the MY SAMPLE button shows how many samples you’ve added.

Important
Samples will NOT appear in your regular cart
This is the #1 mistake: samples don’t show up in the standard cart icon at the top of the page.
- To purchase samples, always use the Sample Products bar checkout.
- If you need both samples and yardage, place them as separate checkouts.
