Toile de Jouy from UK, the mastery artisans are able to convey such emotional nuance with merely 2 screens. What stands out in Gaiety are two characteristics, the smaller scale and the dainty palette. Smaller scale means the lines have to be more accurate to achieve the realism. The two shades of soft pink is further enhanced with the slightly "brushed" effect which reminds us of the copper itching by Rembrandt. Country life and landscape on water front is a common theme in the Dutch master's atmospheric itchings.
Printed in England, the fine details are captivating. Softer and slightly silky hand.

Sample Shipping
Shipping for samples is $4.99 within the United States. Samples are mailed with USPS Ground in a manila envelope. This allows us to offer tracking for all your sample orders, which customers have found very helpful. We used to offer a stamp option for samples shipping but we found that most customers wanted tracking, so we eliminated that as an option.
What if I want my samples expedited? We can offer USPS Priority mail which is 2-4 business days. Just check out for "Standard" shipping. It's the shipping that costs $8.49 and we will get that to you right away.

Fabric orders, except special and custom orders, can be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange, minus a 20% restocking fee. No questions asked. Buyer pays return shipping. Please be advised return shipping cost more than $8.99. (Most of our parcels cost $30-100 to ship & we are actually paying part of the shipping when you purchase fabrics here.) Merchandise must be in original condition (uncut, clean & no damage).
