Villa Erba is a 19th-century villa in Cernobbio, on the western shore of Lake Como in northern Italy.<1> Its location is not far from the Villa d'Este luxury hotel in Cernobbio.
The villa was built by Luigi Erba, brother of the prominent Italian businessman Carlo Erba (founder of the Erba pharmaceutical company), to show off his wealth. After the death of Luigi Erba, the villa was inherited by his daughter Carla and was used by members of her family, including her son Luchino Visconti.
In 1986, the property was bought by a public consortium to use as an exposition and congress center.

We offer $8.99 per order flat shipping rate for orders within United States. Shipping is by UPS ground or equivalent. We strive to ship your order in 1 business day. Often same day. Within 48 States, it takes 2-4 business days for 99% of the parcels. UPS or USPS tracking is emailed to each order.
Sample Shipping
Shipping for samples is $4.99 within the United States. Samples are mailed with USPS Ground in a manila envelope. This allows us to offer tracking for all your sample orders, which customers have found very helpful. We used to offer a stamp option for samples shipping but we found that most customers wanted tracking, so we eliminated that as an option.
What if I want my samples expedited? We can offer USPS Priority mail which is 2-4 business days. Just check out for "Standard" shipping. It's the shipping that costs $8.49 and we will get that to you right away.

Fabric orders, except special and custom orders, can be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange, minus a 20% restocking fee. No questions asked. Buyer pays return shipping. Please be advised return shipping cost more than $8.99. (Most of our parcels cost $30-100 to ship & we are actually paying part of the shipping when you purchase fabrics here.) Merchandise must be in original condition (uncut, clean & no damage).
