So sophisticated…The most beautiful moire we’ve ever seen… “Peony ” colorway is incredibly sophisticated, literally a step back to a Parisian salon in the 1920s.
The word “moiré” comes from the French word moirer, which means “to water.
Moiré is often used to decorate traditional spaces, such as 1920s center hall colonials, Victorian homes, and vintage New York apartments. In the 17th and 18th centuries, moiré was highly popular in France, especially in Lyon, where it was considered a “magic” fabric. Moiré was used to adorn royal interiors and to make luxurious clothing for men and women. It remains popular today, for Moiré can also add a touch of sophistication to modern interior.

Sample Shipping
Shipping for samples is $4.99 within the United States. Samples are mailed with USPS Ground in a manila envelope. This allows us to offer tracking for all your sample orders, which customers have found very helpful. We used to offer a stamp option for samples shipping but we found that most customers wanted tracking, so we eliminated that as an option.
What if I want my samples expedited? We can offer USPS Priority mail which is 2-4 business days. Just check out for "Standard" shipping. It's the shipping that costs $8.49 and we will get that to you right away.

Fabric orders, except special and custom orders, can be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange, minus a 20% restocking fee. No questions asked. Buyer pays return shipping. Please be advised return shipping cost more than $8.99. (Most of our parcels cost $30-100 to ship & we are actually paying part of the shipping when you purchase fabrics here.) Merchandise must be in original condition (uncut, clean & no damage).
