Mangalore is a elaborate embroidery with a impactful scale. This heavy linen and cotton base will offer substantial weight and full body, while the eye-catching pattern will make a statement in any space.
Stunning large embroidery over linen. The historical palampore design takes on a more airy and spare desnsity where tree of life carries tulips, roses, sunflower and pomegranate.
Palampore is the Hindi word for bed hanging, and refers to Indian printed textiles created for bed draperies in the eighteenth century. Such bed hangings were highly prized and featured a tree of life design with abundant flowers and pomegranates.
MSRP $240/yard a few years ago.
Similar embroidery retails for about $300 now.

Sample Shipping
Shipping for samples is $4.99 within the United States. Samples are mailed with USPS Ground in a manila envelope. This allows us to offer tracking for all your sample orders, which customers have found very helpful. We used to offer a stamp option for samples shipping but we found that most customers wanted tracking, so we eliminated that as an option.
What if I want my samples expedited? We can offer USPS Priority mail which is 2-4 business days. Just check out for "Standard" shipping. It's the shipping that costs $8.49 and we will get that to you right away.

Fabric orders, except special and custom orders, can be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange, minus a 20% restocking fee. No questions asked. Buyer pays return shipping. Please be advised return shipping cost more than $8.99. (Most of our parcels cost $30-100 to ship & we are actually paying part of the shipping when you purchase fabrics here.) Merchandise must be in original condition (uncut, clean & no damage).
