Eugenie chintz is glamorous yet whimsical. The beautiful and unique print from France is both fictional and realistic.
This print has so much personality! Rose garland, peonies, dahlias, daisies, geraniums, fern and grasses, adorned with silks satin sache, woven into 3 large columns. The grey "grids" can be interpreted as lattice or reflection from glasses of a green house.

Trompe l'oeil effect makes it suitable for both urban and rural settings. Hand printed in France. The charm old world prints now can be found with just a handful of European houses.

So many colors that creates a wonderful sense of depth.
