Le Chantily is designed by Kazumi who spent his youth studying in France. Located between the Château and the Great Stables, the design of the English garden by the architect Victor Dubois began during the Restoration in 1817. Contrary to the French-style garden, with its geometric layout and grandiloquent perspectives, the English garden draws its inspiration from the romanticism. This type of garden is both a landscape and a work of art. You can see this Romanticism spirit in the overflow of the garlands, the curvy, instead of straight "stripes" and "borders". Sample Shipping
Shipping for samples is $4.99 within the United States. Samples are mailed with USPS Ground in a manila envelope. This allows us to offer tracking for all your sample orders, which customers have found very helpful. We used to offer a stamp option for samples shipping but we found that most customers wanted tracking, so we eliminated that as an option.
What if I want my samples expedited? We can offer USPS Priority mail which is 2-4 business days. Just check out for "Standard" shipping. It's the shipping that costs $8.49 and we will get that to you right away.

Fabric orders, except special and custom orders, can be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange, minus a 20% restocking fee. No questions asked. Buyer pays return shipping. Please be advised return shipping cost more than $8.99. (Most of our parcels cost $30-100 to ship & we are actually paying part of the shipping when you purchase fabrics here.) Merchandise must be in original condition (uncut, clean & no damage).
