We offer $8.99 per order flat shipping rate for orders within United States. Shipping is by UPS ground or equivalent. We strive to ship your order in 1 business day. Often same day. Within 48 States, it takes 2-4 business days for 99% of the parcels. UPS or USPS tracking is emailed to each order.

Sample Shipping

Shipping for samples is $4.99 within the United States.  Samples are mailed with USPS Ground in a manila envelope.  This allows us to offer tracking for all your sample orders, which customers have found very helpful.  We used to offer a stamp option for samples shipping but we found that most customers wanted tracking, so we eliminated that as an option.  

What if I want my samples expedited?  We can offer USPS Priority mail which is 2-4 business days.  Just check out for "Standard" shipping.  It's the shipping that costs $8.49 and we will get that to you right away.

We ship everything within 1 business day. Often within same day. Within 48 States, it takes 2-6 business days for 99% of the parcels. FedEx, USPS or UPS tracking is emailed to each order automatically.

Custom Order

Custom orders need to be manufactured.  Please allow 8-12 weeks after payment.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to the address associated with your order and added to your Silk Resource order status page when your order ships. The email is usually sent within minutes after the shipping label is created.

If you use multiple email addresses, check the inbox associated with your order as well as your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find the tracking information, email sales@silkresource.com.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International customers pay the actual shipping cost.

Before ordering, email sales@silkresource.com with the item and quantity (including yardage, if applicable). We will estimate the shipping cost and send an invoice or custom listing that includes the actual shipping charge.

Estimated delivery times:

• USPS Priority Mail International: usually 12–20 days to most major cities.
• USPS Priority Mail Express International: usually 5–10 days to most major cities.

International delays are common and may be outside our control. You can also use USPS.com to estimate shipping.

Fabric

Fabric orders, except special and custom orders, can be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange, minus a 20% restocking fee. No questions asked. Buyer pays return shipping. Please be advised return shipping cost more than $8.99. (Most of our parcels cost $30-100 to ship & we are actually paying part of the shipping when you purchase fabrics here.) Merchandise must be in original condition (uncut, clean & no damage).
