Heavier than plain silk taffeta. Durable enough for upholstery. Full reversible. Retailed for $192/yard a few years ago. Now similar strie silk retails for $300+/yard.
Texture: soft, flowy, steady.
Color: Muted blue, deeper blue, sky blue, pale grey blue, cool cream white. The colors are highly iridescent! Several shades of blues on the lavender side, from deeper to lighter, shimmers with cream white strie effects. Please note blue is particularly iridescent: on a sunny day it appears more bright sky blue while a rainy day it becomes much greyer and cooler.
