| Hayes Mansion is an estate in San Jose California. Hayes Mansion began in 1903 and the family, except Mary Hayes Chynoweth (who died on July 27, 1905), moved in time for Thanksgiving, 1905. The Hayes family ultimately owned nearly 700 acres of land adjoining the Mansion, much of which was planted in fruit orchards and the rest for general farming to support the family staff. Almost everything that the family ate was grown and processed here. The flora, foliage and fruits in the pattern evokes the sweet feeling of nature's abundance.

Sample Shipping
Shipping for samples is $4.99 within the United States. Samples are mailed with USPS Ground in a manila envelope. This allows us to offer tracking for all your sample orders, which customers have found very helpful. We used to offer a stamp option for samples shipping but we found that most customers wanted tracking, so we eliminated that as an option.
What if I want my samples expedited? We can offer USPS Priority mail which is 2-4 business days. Just check out for "Standard" shipping. It's the shipping that costs $8.49 and we will get that to you right away.

Fabric orders, except special and custom orders, can be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange, minus a 20% restocking fee. No questions asked. Buyer pays return shipping. Please be advised return shipping cost more than $8.99. (Most of our parcels cost $30-100 to ship & we are actually paying part of the shipping when you purchase fabrics here.) Merchandise must be in original condition (uncut, clean & no damage).
