All the historical details are captured in this silk stripe. The color combination, the stripe over jacquard design. The slightly puckered texture are not something you find easily. Rigato Vitozzi means Stripes of Vitozzi. Possibly related to Ascanio Vitozzi, an Italian soldier, architect, and military engineer. He contributed to prominant projects including Castle of Rivoli, the Sanctuary of Vicoforte (near Mondovì), the church of Corpus Domini, and the Royal Palace of Turin. This silk jacquard is incredibly exquisite. The precision of the mancusline stripes offers almost a contrast against the ferminine flowers and vines. The varied textures tells many moods and colors. Suitable for both drapery and upholstery, it will transform you, literatally to Turin in the beginning of 17th century.

Shipping for samples is $4.99 within the United States. Samples are mailed with USPS Ground in a manila envelope. This allows us to offer tracking for all your sample orders, which customers have found very helpful. We used to offer a stamp option for samples shipping but we found that most customers wanted tracking, so we eliminated that as an option.
What if I want my samples expedited? We can offer USPS Priority mail which is 2-4 business days. Just check out for "Standard" shipping. It's the shipping that costs $8.49 and we will get that to you right away.

Fabric orders, except special and custom orders, can be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange, minus a 20% restocking fee. No questions asked. Buyer pays return shipping. Please be advised return shipping cost more than $8.99. (Most of our parcels cost $30-100 to ship & we are actually paying part of the shipping when you purchase fabrics here.) Merchandise must be in original condition (uncut, clean & no damage).
