Scalamandre applied silk over paper to create this over the top wallcovering. Anyone who has experienced walls cladded in silk will never go back…The high quality silk will gift you with a soft glow and sense of security, love and serenity like a, literally, cocoon.
Every inch of the wall will be soft and silky. "Silk Wall" uses high quality silk faille over thick paper; both materials are in highest quality. Thus the wallcovering is significantly heavier and more substantial than just 100% paper.

Shipping for samples is $4.99 within the United States. Samples are mailed with USPS Ground in a manila envelope. This allows us to offer tracking for all your sample orders, which customers have found very helpful. We used to offer a stamp option for samples shipping but we found that most customers wanted tracking, so we eliminated that as an option.
What if I want my samples expedited? We can offer USPS Priority mail which is 2-4 business days. Just check out for "Standard" shipping. It's the shipping that costs $8.49 and we will get that to you right away.

Fabric orders, except special and custom orders, can be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund, minus a 20% restocking fee. No questions asked. Buyer pays return shipping. Please be advised return shipping cost more than $8.99. (Most of our parcels cost $30-100 to ship & we are actually paying part of the shipping when you purchase fabrics here.) Merchandise must be in original condition (uncut, clean & no damage).
