Drapery, pillows, cushion, bedding & table cloth. Our sewing room:
1.all the expensive professional machines;
2.hand finished details; high quality craftsmanship.
3. in the trade for 30+ years. Familiar with all kinds of designs, fabrics and possible mistakes!
4. Our projects: NBA players, villas in Italy, high end custom built homes and more.
Price includes lining and/or interlining.
Please provide
1.the FINISHED measurement of the drapery/bedding/pillows:
Price quote is case by case, so please provide all details for accurate quote:
window size,
finished drapery size,
fabric (width, repeat and material),
fullness (2 fullness is standard),
pleats type,
lined or not,
interlined or not
and any other details.
2.style (Please send photos if possible. Search Google Image for "pleated drapery", "roman shades", "valance" ect.)
3. you can provide your own fabric or select from our store.
Our price is lower than most typical interior designers.
Typically, please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery.
4. Shipping cost: after draperies are finished, we will quote client actual shipping cost to their address.

Flat Rate Shipping
We offer $8.99 per order flat shipping rate for orders within United States. Shipping is by UPS ground or equivalent. We strive to ship your order in 1 business day. Often same day. Within 48 States, it takes 2-4 business days for 99% of the parcels. UPS or USPS tracking is emailed to each order.
Sample Shipping
Shipping for samples is $4.99 within the United States. Samples are mailed with USPS Ground in a manila envelope. This allows us to offer tracking for all your sample orders, which customers have found very helpful. We used to offer a stamp option for samples shipping but we found that most customers wanted tracking, so we eliminated that as an option.
What if I want my samples expedited? We can offer USPS Priority mail which is 2-4 business days. Just check out for "Standard" shipping. It's the shipping that costs $8.49 and we will get that to you right away.

We ship everything within 1 business day. Often within same day. Within 48 States, it takes 2-6 business days for 99% of the parcels. FedEx, USPS or UPS tracking is emailed to each order automatically.
Custom Order
Custom orders need to be manufactured. Please allow 8-12 weeks after payment.

Yes, we ship to all countries. Buyer pays actual shipping cost. Email us at sales@silkresource.com for a shipping quote.
Returns

Fabric
Fabric orders, except special and custom orders, can be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange, minus a 20% restocking fee. No questions asked. Buyer pays return shipping. Please be advised return shipping cost more than $8.99. (Most of our parcels cost $30-100 to ship & we are actually paying part of the shipping when you purchase fabrics here.) Merchandise must be in original condition (uncut, clean & no damage).
