From one of the famous and oldest fabric houses in France (1680), Tassinari & Chatel.
The end of the 18th century witnessed some exceptional creations by Tassinari & Chatel for Louis XVI and Marie-Antoinette in the Palace of Versailles, Compiegne and Saint Cloud.
In the 19th Century, after Napoleon was crowned as Emperor, he decided to renovate France’s devastated palaces and for this he turned to Tassinari & Chatel. Creations were made for National Palaces such as the Tuileries, Versailles, Fontainebleau, Malmaison, Compiegne.
This is an original Tassinari & Chatel manufactured piece.
MSRP $500++/yard. Hand printed in France. Prohibitively expensive.

We offer $8.99 per order flat shipping rate for orders within United States. Shipping is by UPS ground or equivalent. We strive to ship your order in 1 business day. Often same day. Within 48 States, it takes 2-4 business days for 99% of the parcels. UPS or USPS tracking is emailed to each order.
Sample Shipping
Shipping for samples is $4.99 within the United States. Samples are mailed with USPS Ground in a manila envelope. This allows us to offer tracking for all your sample orders, which customers have found very helpful. We used to offer a stamp option for samples shipping but we found that most customers wanted tracking, so we eliminated that as an option.
What if I want my samples expedited? We can offer USPS Priority mail which is 2-4 business days. Just check out for "Standard" shipping. It's the shipping that costs $8.49 and we will get that to you right away.

Fabric orders, except special and custom orders, can be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund or exchange, minus a 20% restocking fee. No questions asked. Buyer pays return shipping. Please be advised return shipping cost more than $8.99. (Most of our parcels cost $30-100 to ship & we are actually paying part of the shipping when you purchase fabrics here.) Merchandise must be in original condition (uncut, clean & no damage).
