The town of Valençay in central France, is renowned for its cheese which has a pyramid shape and uses unpasteurized goat's milk. Valencay sits in the Loire Valley, famous for its scenic beauty, picturesque villages, and extensive vineyards. After you see the buzzing gardens and pasture, you'd understand why their cheese is superb.
