Murat is a Renaissance design rendered in Silk & cotton damask. Beautiful plants with spiritual significance: rose, pomegranate, artichoke & acanthus. Stylish yet simple. Murat is a French surname and Turkish male given name, derived from the Arabic Murad. Its Arabic meaning can be translated roughly into "wanted", "desired", "wished for", "yearned", or "goal". You can see the influence of Arabesque design in the roses. Silk and blend gives it good weight and durability. Great for both drapery and upholstery.
